I hear they break ? Are there better after market bolts?

YES it's true. Especially on class 'A' motorhome F53 chassis applications. The common problem with these engines is for the manifolds to warp at cylinders #4 & #8. The bolt breakage is caused by the warping of manifold itself, not the bolts. Not only that, but the cylinder head(s) have been known to crack at the above mentioned exhaust ports as well, rendering not only the manifold(s), but the head(s) garbage as well.
