Yes GM will always come out with 0% financing... but FYI it is usually not through GMAC each dealership actually has banks or credit unions they can buy intrest rates down with such as Chase, Golden One, BOFA... etc. All GM is doing is using the huge rebates you could get to pay the bank to buy down your intrest rate. 99% of the time 0% intrest is in lou of the rebate.
