Question:
I am a mom of 2 children...a 8 yr old and a 1 yr old and i saw a fully loaded 2002 limited edition pt cruiser that i really liked today. It had 60k miles on it...The only problem i had with it was the small space in the back that acts like a trunk....I know the seats go down but it is not pratical with 2 kids....and the leg room int he back is not a lot...my dad said he was uncomfotable...pls tell me about this car??
Answers:
In terms of ride quality, the PT Cruiser feels like a compact car, with road vibration entering the cabin. The mirrors shake when the stereo is on. Generally, it feels a bit dated and not very refined. The convertible feels bouncy and jouncy on rough neighborhood streets. The Chrysler PT Cruiser appeals to people of all ages and lifestyles with its whimsical, retro design. Its affordability increases its appeal. And its practicality often closes the deal with a roomy, versatile interior that makes the price easy to justify. It isn't particularly refined, however. The GT models deliver strong acceleration performance and bring hot-rod credibility to this hot rod. The convertible offers genuine open-air fun and is great for carrying four people, but isn't practical for hauling cargo.

I have a fully loaded limited edition PT, I have had mine for almost two years and I absolutely love it. My husband is a big guy and he feels very comfortable in it. I also have a child and she 6 and she has plenty room back in the backseats. Surprisingly you can put a lot in the so called trunk. We have took it on long trip and all of us were very comfortable and we are gone for over a week so we had a lot of luggage. They are not the best on gas mileage. They get around 22 miles to the gallon but you will that with any large car or small to medium size SUV. A lot of my friends including mu husband didn't like them at first, but they got in one and drove/rode it, they all like the car now. All I can say is that I love my and I would recommend it to anyone.More Questions & Answers ...
