what does the (V8) mean? 4.6L V8, 24 valve, 300 hp @ 5750 rpm?

As long as you are feel comfortable with manual, you should stick to it.
Auto transmissions are more complicated and can develop more problems as compared to manual. The automatic transmission is one of the most complicated and thus one of the less reliable parts of the vehicle. Most of the transmission troubles start from overheating. And Stop and go in Hot weather in india could be a problem for it.
I'm writing all this because Hyundais don't have a good reputation as far as the auto transmissions are concerned.

Who here owns a Lamborghini, Ferrari, or any highend or exoctic cars? (Even Benz and Bimmers)?

Auto transmission cars are good for people who do not want to change gears frequently, but in Indian congested roads Auto transmission cars will not give you a good average.

NEEDING PORSCHE HELp!!!?

It works well. I havent driven it myself but know someone who owned one for about a year and a half before upgrading to a bigger car.

Are Hyundais and Kias better than American Engineering?

Do note that Autotransmissions are more prone to requiring service attention, but it does relieve a major pain in slow traffic
