It depends on how well it was maintained. My ex bought his with 99,000. It now has over 300,000.RUN!! After about 140, they will start to "nickel-and-dime" you to death.

Depends on the year. If it is under 7 years old, and has that many miles on it, it is probably okay, since they were highway miles. Toyotas run forever.
