Elec.climate control problems?

Question:
i have a 1997 Chrysler Concord .the problem is that the ECC. has a code saying that it's not getting signal,when i do the trouble shooting,iv'e replaced the battery harness not to long ago thinking the sys.was not getting good power.When i have the A/c on it goes to heat or defrost or al the funtions and stays on heat after it finishes ...What could i do to fix this problem,summer time is comming,haynes repair book is no help

the prblem is the vacum block which has like 10 to 12 vacum hoses in different colors. Replace that and the propblem should go away
