460 and 351M have the same bolt pattern for the transmission. Though the flywheel is different, make sure the torque converter fits the 460 flywheel.
Different engine changes mean, different mounts,brackets, fan, radiator, exhaust, etc.

i mechanic for a living,and own a shop,,its not to bad of a swap you,ll need a good transmission though it has a small block in it and you,ll need a good c-6 tranny but there will be a few things to change,,but as far as the engine goes it will fit it good, hope this help,s good luck ,happy new years.
