My old work truck was a '98 1500 2x4. It got 14-18mpg, depending on the load.Just get a receipt each time you tank up. save 5 in a row and then you can figure out your actual mileage.

DH swears you can get better gas mileage by lowering the RPM's you drive at. Keeping it under 2000 rpms saves me about 1-1.5 mpg.
