I have a 1999 GMC Jimmy?

Question:
when I first start up when the engine is cold, it seems like there is no power; like it is starving for gas. In less than 1 minute, the power is fine, and runs fine. I've replaced plugs(which wasn't fun), wires, and fuel filter, and have a K&N (new) air filter on it. What could be causing this?

These things have two major typical problems - fuel pump and CPI (Central Port Injector) unit aka "octapuss". Without testing, it's hard to say which one to blame. I would start with testing fuel pressure after overnight parking, and at the time/right after start. It should not drop below 41 PSI.
