you will have to replace the whole thing it is under a lot of pressure and there is no quick easy fix sorryput dab of silicone on a machine screw...or put small tire patch with screw clamp...clamp worked for me.

replacment,,go to a boneyard,and saveIf the hole is pin-hole size, it is a clue that the rest of the pipe is badly corroded. If you push on it in this area it will probably collapse. If not, then you could drill out the hole to a convenient size (6 mm or 1/4 inch) thread it with a tap and cap it with a bolt, preferably aluminum.
