Yes it will fit. You will need to use the mounts off the fiesta as they're specific to that car. If the fiesta has the Ford immobiliser you will also need to swap the injection pumps over, and if you're doing that you might as well renew the belts. YOUR N REG FIESTA WILL HAVE A CHIPPED KEY IMMOBILISER SYSTEM ON THE PUMP. ITS BASICALLY THE IMMOBILISER. THE L REG ENGINE HASNT. THE ENGINE WILL FIT WITH CHANGING OF THE MOUNTS TO YOUR ORIGINAL FIESTA ONES. THERE WILL BE 3 WIRES GOING TO THE IMMOB PART OF THE OLD CHIPPED PUMP. YOU NEED TO FIND WHICH 1 IS THE SWITCHED LIVE AND CONNECT THIS TO THE SOLENOID OF THE FITTED L REG ENGINE. THATS IT.
