You need a new starter. Most likely, it was already on its way out and the impact from the fender bender jolted it just enough to put it out of commission. You could try crawling under the car and hitting the starter with a big wrench or a hammer and that might make it work for a while longer but ultimately you need a new one.AT 2007 Honda Civic EX w/ Navigation....?

One thing to consider if you broke some lights in the accident. A broken bulb could be shorted out and has drained the battery. If you haven't had your lights on though, its probably not a problem.Check your battery connection for tightness. Those to the starter/solenoid, too. Bad or corroded cables could also be a problem.
Since the solenoid in the starter is just clicking, I would doubt a fuel problem.
Good luck.
