How do u deactivate or reset an anti-theft on a 94 toyota camry in order to start it up?

I do not have keyless key pad to deactivate it. I changed battery ends and now alarm will not allow me to start it up

depends if it is a factory system or not. if it is some of the earlier toyotas required you to quickly turn the key on and off twice and that would deactivate the system, others had you turn the key back and forth quickly twice in the drivers door lock. hope it helps.
