Hi, What do owners think of the New Dodge Caliber(UK)?
You've just got it broken in!
Does the engine of a skyline fits a nissan 240sx?
just like any vehicle that is completely dependent on how well the car was maintained early in its life. although the 4.0 liter engines are known leakers, the oil leaks are generally relatively inexpensive to fix. other than that those motors and the Jeeps in general hold up pretty well.have seen many approaching 200000 and running strong...but once again...longevity of ANY vehicle is dependent upon proper maintenanceI am wondering if a transmission that came off a Ford 4.9L will Bolt up to a 5.8L?
Its tired time to get rid of it.Alfa romeo 89 spider ran out of gas then car won't start. what do I do now?
It's just a baby. I have a 94 with 230K miles on her and I just replaced the original clutch 10k miles ago. I drive it daily. Keep her oil changed and full and she'll go for ever pretty much. Can u fit any motor in an old mustang or any muscle car?
Get rid of it as soon as you can and buy something what wasn't made by Chrysler. They just keep getting worse. Is it alright to use either 91% or 95% octane gasoline?
My bro has a 93 (same except body) with 200000, If it is the 4.0 it will go forever. He just did an overhaul on the engine (new head gasket, re-sealing bottom end ect.) It is an auto too, and it has never had the tranny rebuilt either. My cousin has a 2000 with 250000 on her and she is still running strong, only thing ever done to it was the tranny and diff. Really, you have just broken this car in. Good luck!!Honda Civic heating up when stopped?
Myself and 4 of my friends own jeeps, if its got the 4.0 litre motor in it you've just broken it in, Ive got 135k on mine and have never had a single problem and i bought it with about 85k on it, my friends have anywhere from 150k to 210k on theirs and there still running strong Ive seen them with as much as 325k on them, now granted that's a babied car, but if you treat it right you ll see well into the high 100's if not mid 200'sDoes my 2003 KIA RiO with 65000 miles still have a warranty?
If you follow all the proper maintenance procedures, give the body with a preventative rust treatment, and accept that every 7 to 10 years a major component will have to be replaced (alternator, radiator, exhaust manifold, etc..), the truck will out live you.But if you're a little iffy on the maintenance, accept the rust as as the natural order of things, and hold off major repairs untill REALLY necessary, the average life span is 7 to 10 years at about 150K to 200K miles.
Anyone else not impressed with the new Infinit g37 ?
I know from personal experience. That they last atleast 300,000 miles.Or atleat the 4.0 engine does.I have an 88 with over 300,000 miles on it and he still runs has good has my band new one does.Car makes a loud noise when i turn it off. Is this normal?

Pontiac Grand Am stalls out and hesitates when trying to accelerate!?
I have heard stories about Cherokees going 300K+.I had one that went 250K with no major issues. These motors are torque monster workhorses and will last forever if you take care of it right.1966 Corvair Corsa safety problems?
4.0? Forever. In my opinion, the best engine on the road. My 94 has 180,000+ miles. Only thing wrong with it is a small oil leak. As others have said, keep up with the maintainance, and she'll purr like a kitten for years to come.More Questions & Answers ...
