How do I remove rotor from front of 4 wheel drive explorer?

Definitely go with a minimum 4" lift or better. Do not go any higher than 1" with a body lift unless you want to create unstability in your rig. Also, body lifts tend to fail much more frequently than suspension lifts.

i have a ? about?

Depends on your suspension set up and travel.A 3'' suspension and 3'' body lift would probably due if you have little travel. All depends my man!
