Any way to shine door pillars on a 300m?

I'm talking about those black rubber / plastic pillars between the front and back windows. After 7 years they have a very dull finish. Just wondering if there was a product that could shine them up.

Use one of the tire shine products. I use them all around my truck's plastic and rubber trim pieces. Looks good.
