you can tune your PCM to have better and harder shifts. you can also upgrade to a synthetic tranny fluid. this will keep the temperature down, and the performance up. you might also want to look into a B&M tranny cooler kit. What are proper tire pressures for a 2000 infiniti i30?

How far can a 1997 honda crv drive in one liter of gasoline?
I really liked my SLP (Street Legal Performance) kit. It cost about $100 (a few years ago). Basically it helps the transmission instantly shift from one gear to another. I had a 1991 Firebird w/305 with a Paxxton Supercharger. It allowed me to 'chirp' the wheels under acceleration. It also allowed me to shift into any gear and it would take affect immediately.Holes in headlights, 98 mercury mountaineer?
there are a variety of performance parts for TA's. try www.summitracing.com. intakes and exhaust systems are the most common upgrades that people do but do not increase performance much. as far as your automatic transmission, they make racing transmissions but they are mostly for track use and drag racing. your stock transmission should be able to handle the power you put down unless you start making some serious hp upgrades like a supercharger. hope this helped and good luck!i own a repair shop, and on that one you can add a performance chip to the computer and a good exhaust system, and a good K&N air system on it,and boost the power and performance of it up a lot, enough that you will really notice it,and if you want to really get some good performance out of it ,go with a set of performance injectors in it,theres some good ones on the market, and they do make a big differenece in the running of it,enough that it will feel lke a different engine, try looking at the jegs website for performance products they have a lot to choose from the addy is, jegsperformance.com they have a lot of good products on there site, good luck i hope this helps.
