What the diffrence of the cavalier Rs vs the base model i saw an rs today that didnt have a sunroof thats what i thought the diffrence was also i know some cavalivers that arent an rs that have pw/pl so what the hell is the diffrence? thanks

The RS stands for Rally Sport. It has the upgraded engine like the Z24 without the sports rims and molding. It usually comes with a spoiler on the back which is the up grade from the base model. i own a repair shop and the only difference in the two cars really is the trim package they came with,basically they are the same vehicle ,as far as mechanical there the same all the way,except for the v-6 models,they had a different suspension under them,other than that they all had basically the same parts on them,and the cheap base model would hold up as good as the rs model would,the rs model was worth more in the blue book because of the added trim it came with and the option packages it had,good luck hope this helps.
