Strut bar set ups?

Question:
I resently put 3 piece strut bar kit on my mirage ...the front bar hooks to the shock towes and i pulled them closer
the rear top i pulled inward also but the lower one i pushed it outward....
My Question is did i do it right ?? Or is there a better set up for this car ...insted of me guessing.. Right now it feels like i got over stear
