A '65 F100 has the standard Ford 1/2 ton bolt pattern used for years, and years, and years, and yea.... . Anyway, it is the 5 1/2'' pattern. One said that it was the same as Dodge. It is, provided the Dodge is '85 - up. Prior to that, the Dodge and Plymouth used the 4 1/2'' pattern on pickups and vans. If you are going to buy aftermarket wheels, like at a tire shop, the center hole is already big enough to clear 4WD hubs. So go to wherever you are getting your wheels and tell them that you have a Ford 1/2 ton with the 5 1/2'' pattern (which is super common on Ford 1/2 tons) and GO CRAZY! So many choices, so little time!

Ford uses three five bolt patterns, you have the big one and any ford half ton rim will fit

Your '65 F100 has a 5 hole pattern on a 5 1/2" bolt circle, the same as Jeep, IH Scout & Dodge as well as some others. If your F100 is a 4wh drive the center hole will have to be larger than a 2wh'r so as to clear the locking hubs on the front wheels.
