i own a repair shop and since you done replaced all of this the only thing left would be the coil or the distributor wire,and also a weak or burnt valve would cause this also,id also check to see if the wires was on right ,and on the cylinder that has the miss-fire,check that plug again,i have gotten a bad plug before out of a set,and this will really throw you off in finding this problem,but check the wire where it goes in to the distributor and make sure it has no bare spots in it,good luck i hope this helps.How much power does a 2005 corolla LS have?
Isolate the misfire to a particular cylinder! Do this by grounding out the plug wires one by one while the motor is idling. The one that does not make the misfire worse by making the motor shake more is the culprit. Recheck coil output to the spark plug end, if it is strong and consistent it is not an ignition problem. Check for injector firing if it is a fuel injected motor by checking power and pulse ground to it while running. If that is okay, you have a mechanical problem. Do a compression test first. If all the cylinders are about equal, you have a valve train problem and the motor will have to be disassembled somewhat to find where something has broken or worn out. Good luck.Dodge Man's on to something. To detect a bad valve take a 6 by 6 in. piece of newspaper and move it towards the tail pipe. If the piece of paper stands away form the tailpipe the valves are OK. If you see an intermittent pulse where the paper actually sucks back at the tailpipe you've got a valve problem. When valves really get bad you will hear a very pronounced sucking sound while standing next to the exhaust.
Be sure the bushings in the distribute are snug. If I remember correctly your distributor has only one bushing at the top none at the bottom. A sheety deal huh.
