have you owned the car since new? at some point in time you probably had the immobilizer system reprogrammed and the grey(valet)key did not program,or an ecu has been replaced,lost all keys and changed immobilizer code. this can be repaired by going to your local honda/acura dealer and have them add a key to the immobilizer system,there is a charge for this service
