How do you remove the door handle from a 2002 accord?

Question:
I have the door panel off, the 2 screws holding the inner bracket are out and the screw holding the connector to the back of the lock is removed. The whole handle is loose. The handle seems to be held in by the lock itself but I can't figure out how to get it the rest of the way out. Anybody help?
