Would say the biggest problem is the price, or at least the perceived value, second, they are a true swine to work on, 3rd, the amount of equipment required to diagnose a problem, 4th, how unwilling the dealers are to help with any problems. Aluminum frame. One good smack and you can throw it away. Very few shops are equipped to fix them properly. In that sense they are like Ferraris---you have to ship them off to some distant repair facility. A real pain and lotsa downtime.
