My best friends sister in law had one and LOVED it so much, she just bought another one.After MUCH comparison shopping (a years worth), I purchased one and LOVE it. The Honda CRV was right up there, but I found the Santa Fe has just as good of a track record but for less money and more style. The CRV is so generic looking where the Hyundai has a more unique look.
My best friend also looked at my comparisons and bought one too!
We all love them and none of us have had any major glitches!

"Good" repends on what kind of driver you are.With a base price starting at a little over 20k, it really cheap for suv. Fully equiped is around 30k.
I have heard the performance of the santa fe is outstanding and the engine is really reliable. It is a good car for driving around the town and family trips everynow and then.

But if you are the kind of driver takes alot of driving trips, i suggest getting a honda crv. with the base just starting at 20k, its almost the same price as the santa fe. Honda also has a better repetation than hyundai.

i have had a hyundai accent for 6 years and i love it have not put any money in it except for a tune up and to change fluids. i had a friend who had a santa fe had problems with it, but then i knew 2 other people that had the santa fe and loved it, so i would buy it. if you want something cheap just get an accent, otherwise the santa fe is a nice car suv to buy.

the 2007 santa fe is very nice!! this is the second santa fe hyundai made and its up there with the honda pilot! hyundai is trying very hard to get up with the competition and the santa fe is the bestbuy it you won't regret it! lol get a black one with chrome ! lol
