Buying most any car right now may help the US economy. The fact is that most people are not buying. What is being bought is used cars and this is not helping automotive manufacturers one bit. I think it would be a good idea to give automotive manufacturers a little from what a dealer sells in used cars. This may help boost the overall economy. This could save alot of jobs. I mean come on, every time a song is sold or a movie sells royalties are paid. Royalties should be paid on cars too. Many parts are made here in the US for many different car companies. I work in a parts plant that used to make Mercedes parts and Toyota parts. We also make a variety of parts for GM, Ford, and Chrysler. But buying used cars does not help when we are producing for new cars.
