I have a 2003 Lincoln Navigator. Whenever my fog lights are on, my fog lights get very very HOT like they are burning(The fog light lens gets too hot) . Is this normal? Does this happen to anyone else with a 2003 Lincoln Navigator?

some one probablu installed aftermarket fog light bulbs that are too high power.It makes the front look a bit better at night but It can sometimes cause yellowing or even melting of the lens.

I would replace them with the factory reccomended bulbs, if they still get hot then it was ment to be!!

We have tsb from ford.Because the light get too hot and crack the lens.There is a jumpper harness that reduces voltage to bulbs for this problem.Check with you ford dealerPorche 959 in arlington, tx 76016?
yeah, maybe someone did install too high powered bulbs that needed more electricity, which the lens weren't made for that.More Questions & Answers ...
