Question:
OK i dont know what the problem is yet. i have a 1994 Lexus ES300. It will go into drive but it takes awhile when its cold. so in the morning i have to sit there and rev the engine and after awhile it will just kick into drive and go. if i dont and just let it warm up then put it in drive its the samething i still have to sit there and rev the engine till it kicks into drive. i have tried shifting in different gears (Its Automatic) and still doesnt kick in. i do notice that when i rev it sometimes my overdrive light flickers on and off. anyone know anything about this?

What do you people think about the 2007 Jeep Wrangler JK??
The first thing to do is check the fluid level. If it is at the proper mark on the transmission dipstick, ok so far. Of course you know enough to check the transmission fluid with the engine running. Next smell the fluid if it smells burnt or is a brownish colour instead of red this is not good. Delayed engagement and burnt fluid is a first sign of worn out transmission clutches. I do not believe this transmission shifts on vacume. It's a 94.stay away from the lexis dealer.
