You may have a transmission problem (have a mechanic check your computer for stored codes), or the O/D button just needs to be replaced.

What size wheels does the '05 Cavalier come with?

I don't know, but i'd pay $60.00 for a road and computer diagnostic test for the Transmission! better safe and early than, sorry and late.

What is the difference between a 4 and 5 colorado crew cab motor?

The O/D light blinking means the engine computer has found a fault with the transmission and needs to be brought to a shop to be checked out. could be a number of things... Most of the chain transmission stores will do a check for a cheap price (some even do it for free).
