Yes you can but, you may need a 1/4 spacer plate between the rim and hub on all tires. When you buy the new rims make sure there is a decent amount of space between the inner rim wall and the brake calipers. If there is not you will need a spacer plate. My references are a 20 yrs Jeep CJ-7 and CJ-7 wrangler.

Jeff if the tire were to rub (witch they wont with the right size of back spacing on the rim) it would rub the fame rail it has nothing to do with the body it self. body lift will only give you more hight and flex up and down not side to side there for the tires with the right rim fit great staying awa from the frame rails.
