Ford focus timing belt?

Question:
I have just had my timing belt renewed on my 1.8 ford focus at 63000 miles (T reg) at a ford garage and they also renewed the tensioner. However they did not renew the tensioner pulley and I wonder if they've done the right thing

Answers:

You misunderstood "which" tensioner they replaced. The one they are talking about is the one that applies tension to the timing belt not the one for the drive belt. Thats something alltogether different. All that have been stated is all timing belt related. So they did very well. Ihope this helps.
