86 mustang 5.0 w/ mannual trans ,,, how do i get to the starter bolts??

Question:
when i got this car the starter was out of it. i am replacing it and i cant get the top bolt to tighten i cant get a wrench or a ratchet to it can any one help me with this?

you need a curved wrench like a cummins fuel pump wrench or take a torch and heat one and bend it. Its the best way to get that top bolt
