there is going to be a "facelift" of the mustang in 2009. ford is going to do that to prepare mustang for a tough competition with camaro. Later on, in 2012 there will be totally new redesigned mustang based on giugiaro concept.
hopefully, the v8 engines will not be increased in displacement, but will gain extra horses and miles per gallon, but the current 4.0 v6 will be replaced with 3.5 v.6 and will be much more fuel efficient.
