Define "best" for you. If memory serves, the Impala gets a little bit better mileage than the 300m. Both of those cars are front wheel drive, and offer decent head and foot room, with the Impala winning in overall spaciousness. Some might enjoy the "sportier" feel of the 300m. It all winds up on what You like in your vehicle.
