Fog Lights on Jeep Liberty?

I have a 2004 Jeep Liberty. It has the fog lights in the front bumper,but I can not for the life of figure out how the heck to turn them on. Or if I can even turn them on. Can anyone help me please?!

On the turn signal there should be an icon that looks like a sideways head light with a diagonal line through it. This is the "fog light" icon and it should be on the end portion of the turn signal. You need to pull this end out, toward the drivers side door. This should turn the fog light on.
