HELP with 99" hyundai accent..?

Question:
it starts fine an runs out good but after 10-15mins. it just dies, and wont start back up. if i let it cool all the way down it starts rite back up an gos for 10-15mins. an dies again yatta yatta, i checked the spark thats all good, the only thing i could come up with is fuel, my budy ses change fuel pump but if it starts fine an runs with no prob's for 10-15 mins. i didnt think that would be it, another budy ses fuel relay but i can find where it would be.. drop aline any thing helps,,

vaccuum is freezing up..stalls.condensation melts...car starts runs for 15 min and repeats cycle. Have them look at vaccuum as the lines could be blocked.
