It is located just above the oil filter on the left lower side of the block. If it is a light, simply unplug the sensor. Light should be off or on. Short the leads together and the light will do the reverse. If it is a guage, do the same thing but the guage will be zero or very high. These sensors might have a 3 prong plug as the fuel pump enable circuit is wired into this sometimes. If this is the case you will need to determine which is which as I don't remember offhand which is the ones you need to short together. Good luck.

Are Jetta good cars ?

It's down on the block near the oil filt and kindof hard to change, I'd probably get a new delco one if you suspect it's bad. Otherwise, it would be a good idea to screw a manual gauge into the block to see what the pressure really is.

changing reversing light bulb on a focus?

It is usually to the right of the oil filter. Have another person watch the oil gauge. Turn the ignition on engine not running. Unplug the sensor. Two wire connector; jump the two terminals on the plug and ask your friend if the needle on the gauge moves. If it does the gauge is good and the sensor is bad.
