Question:
I don't want the airbag to blow up in my face.
Answers:
first off disconnect the positive post on the battery second there should be a plastic cover on the left side of the steering wheel remove it then you remove the cover on the cruise control panel there should be a weird looking bolt on both sides either spend a few bucks at a dealership for the tool or take a screwdriver and break the center stud out then use the right size torx bit to remove the bolts then remove the airbag module the clock spring mechanism should be next there are four screws holding it in place if you want to still have cruise you must remove the guts of the clock spring and relocate the controls the main nut for the steering wheel is beneath the clock spring (19mm) remove the nut and hit the top of the wheel hit bottom and sides grab wheel and remove
I have an 1988 mustang and have a question about removing the a arms back left bushing bolt.?
