I have a 01 Prelude and the schedule is the same. Just change the oil and check the other fluids, check the belts, hoses, fuel lines, brakes, etc. Also have the tires rotated, check the suspension, check the e-brake, cv boots, etc. You could have the timing belt replaced, but it's best to stick to Honda's 105k mile recommendation.
