Why is the all-new amazing Nissan Bluebird targeted at women?
i owned a 2002 subaru legacy limited and it blew a head gasket at about 75000 mi. this is a known issue for this model year. mine was an external leak, so there was a chance to correct the issue before it was catastrophic. older model years suffered from a devestating internal leak. if you do a google search for "subaru, blown head gasket" it will pull up a big list of links about the problems. i haven't heard if the 2003 or newer engines suffer from the same issue. i have a 2003 now /w 50000 mi on it and no head gasket issue as of this time. Why american we rip off they own people.when it comes to cars?
Subarus come out with alloy heads. Head gasket problems are immenent and very common. What heppened to the good old relaible cast iron head.no...but i had a timing belt issue with mine. Subaru is aware of the problem and replaced my short block under warranty
Sunrider top speed limit 45 mph?!?
i think between 01 and 02 all subarus had head gasket problems, in fact i had to put a additive in the coolant when i changed mine or it voided the warranty, also i would call and check with a dealer i think subaru extended the warranty on that for extended time..I have a 2001 Dakota and when I back up in the morning it feels like the breaks grab.?
The only time I have ever had problems with a Subaru head gasket is when I either didn't clean the matting surfaces properly or the gasket was an El cheapo and shouldn't have been used to begin with.More Questions & Answers ...
