Nope, no way, my friend! The hemi is a whole different animal. You couldn't put hemi heads on a 383 (or 413, 426, or 440) wedge.how to tune a toyota diesel engine 2C?
P.S. the engine blocks are different; if you want to do an entire engine swap, then a hemi is viable. There are many different ways of doing this swap. You could just go to a Chrysler dealer and buy a "crate" engine and then swap all the mounts, lines and other assorted stuff, or go to another website (see next answer) and look for the info you need, or you could try the junkyard (which probably will not be much use, since all the hemis are usually gone by the time you get there!)
And as an aside to Yenkoman, I was being nice; it was my understanding that this poster was trying to swap the heads, which can't be done. I stand by my original answer; they're two different engines and you can't just install hemi heads on a wedge engine!
P.P.S. I stand corrected. Engine masters does, indeed, make hemi heads for 440's - however, they are not Chrysler heads, if you'll check the article carefully. They are specially made by Engine Matsres, and they are designed for the 440 specifically; regular Chrysler hemi heads will not fit on a wedge.
