What is over steer and under steer, someone please explain?

It's supposed to be competing with Lexus SUV's. It is pretty sweet. I wouldn't buy a first year model, as demonstrated with the 26+ service bulletins issued on last years new Santa Fe (mostly cosmetic stuff). It's nice to see Hyundai's line evolving.. I own a Santa Fe and love it!!
