2000 dodge intrepid 2.7 : when i kick car in passing gear the check engine light flashes?
yes i do my friend! that was my favorite of all gm produced aside from the Buick grand national! the cyclone came with a 4.3 liter twin turbo engine likely producing close to 370 or so hp or more stock! this truck also came with a beefed up 4l60e transmission a rebuild of the old 350 turbo trans'. these trucks were crazy unfortunately they only made a limited number of them. now if you liked those heres an anomaly for you as well. the 87 Buick grand national came with a 3.8 twin turbo with a Lil less horsepower than the cyclone. this car was absolutely nuts. i pulled out of the shop onto a 4 lane road and punched the gas to beat traffic and unexpectedly turned this car completely around thus stopping traffic. lol that car was by far the fastest thrill car i had ever driven...that was stock. on the other hand the cyclone was all wheel drive. a little tidbit about this Buick. Chevrolet in a conference at gm announced that these "grand nationals" production had to come to a halt due to decreased corvette sales! these Buick's were outselling the gm gravy performance car! anyway they only made them for i think about two years...now if you could get your hands on one of those my friend you would be in business although the cyclone was topnotch!I find that hard to believe. Not that a vehicle can't break the tires loose at 50 mph, with enough horsepower anything's possible, it's done all the time. But the cyclone was AWD. It would be damn near impossible for that to happen.
Used to have one, but it won't break the tires loose at 50. It was all wheel drive.
