After Running My built 5.0 For Awhile It Doesn't Want To Start?

I own a shop, and have changed a few of these in my time. It should be on the drivers side frame rail, about mid way of the car. A word to the wise; You will need something to catch the fuel in, or you will have a big mess all over the floor. One spark, and you could be blown out the door, or killed. Not many shops will even change these filters because of this. It would be good to know that you will have a sizable amount of fuel, plus the fuel in the filter. The way we do this is; De-pressurize the system by using a small phillips screwdriver to push the valve (on the fuel rail) in after you have packed several rags around to catch the fuel with. This valve should be on the drivers side of the car, near the fire wall, and looks just like a valve on a tire. It will spray out, so use protection for your eyes. Remove the front line first, and slide the line forward (out of the way) when it has drained. It is also a very good idea to remove the fuel pump fuse, as some pumps will work even when the ignition switch is in the off position. Take out the 10mm bolt that secures the bracket to the upper frame, remove the rear fuel line, and slide the filter forward. One thing to watch for is; there are some tiny O-rings on each fuel line that should be replaced when doing this. The only place you should get these is from a dealer. Most parts stores don't carry them, and may sell you something that will deteriorate, and start leaking in a few days, so just get the right one's to begin with. You may use the old one's, but if they are damaged or just old, it's best to replace them. You can get them from Chevrolet if you don't have a Oldsmobile dealer close by. Put some grease on the new O-rings, and install them on the lines. Put the bracket on the new filter just like it came off the old one, and pay attention to the arrow or in/out on the new filter, as they only go one direction. The out on the filter or arrow should point to the front of the car. With the bracket on the filter, install the rear line, and install the front line, but don't tighten them until they have both been installed. Now, secure the bracket back to the frame rail, and tighten the lines. Use two wrenches to do this with, one to hold the filter, and the other to tighten the line. Put the fuel pump fuse back in, and turn the ignition switch to the on postion, but don't start the engine. Listen to the fuel pump to run, and when it stops, check the lines for any leaks. Turn the switch off, and then back on several time as this will pressurize the system. Check the lines again by rubbing your fingers around each line where it attaches. Looking at your fingers, if you see any sign of them being wet, tighten the lines some more, or until your fingers are no longer wet. This should be all you need to do.
Glad to help out, Good Luck!

The ford cortina in life on mars.?

It should be a small-ish silver cylinder along the frame by the fuel tank.. also, on top of the motor along the fuel rail, which feeds all 6 of the injectors, there is a little valve it looks like a valve stem on your tire.. make sure your engine is cool and use a screwdriver or something to push down on it and bleed the fuel pressure off..but be careful it may spray out with a bit of force, so wear eye protection.

In the display of Chevrolet Blazer AT 4.3 there is an icon that represent an little engine..?

It is under the car on the drivers side in back by the gas tank. You need a special tool to release the gas line on one side and the other side is screwed on. If it has never been changed or if it has been years since it was changed chances are it won't come off very easy and you may need to replace the lines as well.
