I probably gotta change a bearing changed, the new toyota bearing is about $400 and $200 for labour (wrranty expired). Does any one has any cheaper solutions?

call toyota hotline.it should be in the owners manual.complain.tell them you have heard this problem from other owners.i have.they should help you.complain.i am not 100 percent but i think bearings are covered 5/60.they are in rear wheel anyhow.the part is high,but you could get a trusted tech to do it.i could do it at home,there is not a whole lot to do.you just have to know what you are doing.i dont reccomend doing it yourself. good luckChevy Cavilier Heat doesnt work?
i own a shop and its a dealer item right now that bearing is,but the labor can be done a lot cheaper than that,but i checked to see if the bearing could be bought after market,and right now it cant,so you may be stuck with that price ,shouldn't this be covered under warranty , its an 04 i know all of this stuff is usually covered by warranty id call the dealer ,because i know of one person who had a similar problem,and it was covered,id check back with them again,and see,good luck,i hope this help,s.More Questions & Answers ...
