Question:
I fit in pretty well but I could use another inches. I don't care about the back seat being unusable when I go back all the way. What's involved, who does it and what's a reasonable charge?
Answers:
How can you reduce the friction ot the axles rotating in the chassis?
Have a look at how the seat is attached to the floor of the car. It may be possible to move it back a few inches just by drilling new bolt holes and sealing up the old ones. A handyman might be able to do it, or you could take it to a body shop. It shouldn't take more than two or three hours at the most, assuming the power cable can be used as is, or an extension added easily.More Questions & Answers ...
