i own a shop and here in the states a new one cost over a 100 dollars real easy and a rebuilt one around 80 dollars ,so there is a lot of difference in price on these,i don't know in your currency what that would be but here depending on the year of it ,some of them can cost around 300 for a new one,good luck i hope this helps.

do you have any junkyards around? around here, about$40 dollars u.s. for a used alt, although you already have a used one. re-manufactured at autozone or advance, about $130. dont pay to have it installed. it is quite easy on this car, v6 or 4 cyl. find a friend with some slight mechanical knowledge to put it on. a shop will charge $70-80 just for labor. cool
