Two places I would recommend. The first is if there is a local scrap/junk yard that deals in totaled auto's. They would be the most likely place to find it easily and cheaply. The second would be online. The sites I would recommend would be either Ebay or Craigslist. The last would be from your local Toyota Dealership as it would be the most expensive (probably somewhere in the $20-$30 range, but you would be guaranteed to find it there.
For those who have a sr20det will a s14 alternator fit a s13?
