Check or replace all other filters, belts and hoses. I would check to see how much voltage your electrical system is putting out. You may need to at least replace the hot wire and ground wire from the battery. If your alternator is weak, I would recommend replace the wires, battery and alternator. I would get the exhaust checked out for leaks, may be time to replace some of the exhaust and or muffler and cat converter, if stopped up or permitted my your state laws. After replacing your water pump, you should check the condition of your radiator and or flush, if you do not replace. You don't want to get any debris in that new water pump. I would also check out the electric fan assembly and make sure it is coming of and cooling like it should. Change the thermostat, if you haven't already. What is the purpose of the rest button on my BMW 525i air condition?

Take a look at the spark plug wires themselves and see if they could use replacing. Take a look at the engine coolant too, see what it looks like. Might be time to drain/flush the radiator. Are you getting any service engine soon lights? If the car is free from ses lights and runs good, you pretty much covered all the bases and you should be able to get at least another 100k miles before you need to do anything serious.
Have your a/c serviced, your brakes checked, parking brake checked, fuel injection serviced, fuel filter changed, air filter changed, check all your belts & hoses for cracking/tears & replace.
