According to the Nada guide. If this is fully loaded, high retail is 7225.00 this is basically perfect condition. Clean retail 6400.00. This is basically flawlessy body but paint maybe a little dull. I just bought 2001 1.8t jetta with 68000 miles all stock with 17" wheel package fully loaded (minus leather seats) for 9k. So in short, shop around. Don't look at just the cost. good or bad, why guess. take it to a mechanic and he'll tell you what needs to be replaced there. At least take it for a safety/emission, they'll tell you...(just don't use sellers mechanic)Which car would win, a 2006 Toyota Sienna, or a 2003 Honda Accord 2dr.?
$4000 might sound ok now, but later when you have to spend another 4000 to fix it, it won't sound ok... don't just go by it looks.. I already had an old passat and end up spending all my pay checks just to fix it...
